메인 photo section을 전 게시판 미디어(이미지/YouTube 썸네일)로 확장

- Board::getLatestMedia / BoardService::latestMedia 추가 (비밀글·1:1글 제외)
- 메인 PC 3행 6열(18개), 모바일 기존 개수 유지
- 캡션 분류/게시판 라벨은 주석 처리
